Kennedy Excellence Award Winner
I began my career at CoreLogic as a temporary employee over two years ago. The past two years have been a fast-paced, wonderful and rewarding journey. After working as a temporary employee, I applied for and was hired on full time as the HR administrative assistant. I was subsequently promoted to HR Coordinator. After working as an HR Coordinator, I applied for the HR Project Coordinator role to help launch and align our HR programs with the new CoreLogic global brand. I was then encouraged by a Vice President in my department to broaden my skill-set and apply for an open Compensation Analyst position. As an analyst, I'm gaining experience in a completely different field of Human Resources, which I know will be an asset for my next career step. I was hesitant to consider this new position, but the HR folks here believed in me. I feel so proud and honored to have that kind of support. I would say the culture here is very family-oriented; we lean on each other and work together to collaborate but also have a lot of fun.

I work in the Outsourcing department and am responsible for paying taxes for our client escrow loan holders, as well as researching missing or misapplied payments. I oversee the day to day finance operations for the Data & Analytics division. Our department plays a key role in the financial planning and analysis of the business unit we support.
