Discounted Rate: $249/night + tax
Be sure to ask for the 2016 Consortium Meeting Rate when calling.
Last, Arrange for Transportation Once You Arrive
The hotel is easily accessible from either Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW) or Love Field (DAL) airports. The hotel does not provide shuttle service from the airport, however the estimated taxi fare is $40-50 one way from DFW and $30-40 from DAL. There is also a shuttle service for hire that costs approximately $15 each way from either airport (reservation required).
We describe the dress code as "business casual" which often means different things to different people. We have defined this as meaning "no suits, no ties, no shorts, no flip-flops". Sporty casual is welcome and encouraged for our night out at AT&T Stadium, and jeans are ok.
