Capital Markets - Loan Performance Solutions

Provides a close-up view into our pioneering Servicing Data Cooperative and how its unique combination of loan, property, and consumer information enables you to view risk on about 80% of all actively serviced U.S. mortgages. The cooperative database contains over 200 million active and paid-off loans collected from most of the top 20 servicers, as well as Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae.

The presentation will also provide a deep dive into our industry-leading loan-level data for residential mortgage backed securities (RMBS), which holds data from 1992 forward on more than 12,000 loan pools going back to 1992—including loan modification and supplemental stop advance data. From that data, we provide clients monthly data on delinquency, foreclosure, payoff, and dollar loss for over 12,000.
