Dr. Frank Nothaft
Frank Nothaft is senior vice president and chief economist for CoreLogic. He leads the Office of the Chief Economist and is responsible for analysis, commentary and forecasting trends in global real estate, insurance and mortgage markets.
Before joining CoreLogic Frank served in a variety of leadership positions with increasing responsibility at Freddie Mac. Most recently, he was vice president and chief economist responsible for forecasts, research and analysis of the macro economy, housing and mortgage markets. Prior to Freddie Mac, Frank was an economist with the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, where he served in the mortgage and consumer finance section and as assistant to Governor Henry C. Wallich.
Strategic Account Manager, CoreLogic SafeRent
Stacie L. Dachtler, Strategic Account Manager, CoreLogic SafeRent, has 15 plus years of Multi-Family experience. She has been with CoreLogic SafeRent for 10 years. Major responsibilities include; managing all aspects of the relationship between CoreLogic SafeRent and Strategic Clients in the Midwest, North and East, provide training for current and new clients, conduct client Business Reviews, ensure clients are kept informed of updates, new legislation, new products & services that are available and manage/research client issues. Prior to joining CoreLogic SafeRent, Dachtler was a Senior Project Manager with the Northeast Ohio Apartment Association. She facilitated several committees including; Education, Key Awards and the Tri-County Chapter. Major responsibilities included planning and execution of educational & event annual calendars, design & implementation of all marketing materials, planning & implementation of Annual Key Awards judging day & awards event, and Member relations. She is a Kent State Graduate with a Bachelors Degree in Design and Minor in Photo-Illustration.
Bob has been with Home Properties for 5 years, initially hired for a Revenue Management role. The scope of his position has increased over the years to include responsibility for company-wide Revenue Management, Application and Resident Screening services, along with Data Analytics and Business Intelligence. He has also managed Home’s internal and external collections processes Prior to Home Properties, Bob spent 7 years at Xerox in a variety of Accounting and Financial roles supporting various lines of the business. Bob has a BS in Business Administration from Ithaca College and an MBA in Finance and Competitive Strategy from the Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester.
Director of Analytics in Decision Analytics and Research Team (DART), CoreLogic
Jianjun Xie is Director of Analytics in Decision Analytics and Research Team (DART) of CoreLogic. He has more than 10 years of experience in modeling and predictive analytics. In his current role, Jianjun is the practice leader in rental analytics and credit risk modeling. Prior to join CoreLogic, Jianjun was principal scientist in ID Analytics and staff scientist in FICO.
Senior Vice President, Technology Solutions Group, CoreLogic Innovation Labs
John Rogers holds the role of senior vice president at CoreLogic responsible for development of the CoreLogic Innovation Labs, a collaborative effort with Pivotal Labs in Santa Monica, Calif. CoreLogic Innovation Labs serves as the primary center for innovation and agile development for the next generation of technology platforms, applications, analytical models and solutions that generate unique residential property data-driven insights to power the global real estate economy.
Prior to joining CoreLogic, John was an Associate Partner with IBM Global Business Services where he focused on the delivery of large multi-million transformational programs for the financial sector both in the United Kingdom and Australia.
Earlier in his career John worked as a consultant for Itim Consulting a management firm based in London. John’s primary role was as project manager/principal consultant on a number of assignments from delivering global solutions to devising IT strategies. His client interaction was at the highest level with companies such as Nielson, GlaxoSmithKline and Argos.
John earned a bachelor degree from University of Glasgow, United Kingdom in Aerospace Engineering.
Senior Director, Multifamily Technology
Praveen brings over 15 years of information technology experience in financial services and bio-informatics domains. Praveen recently joined CoreLogic in March 2015 as a Senior Director of Technology leading the technology group supporting the Multifamily business unit. Prior to that Praveen served as Director of Risk & Analytics Technology with Fannie Mae where he was responsible for applications managing market and credit risk of Fannie Mae’s Capital Markets portfolio. In Fannie Mae Praveen also built extensive experience in architecting and managing large and complex enterprise, data warehouse and business intelligence applications. Prior to Fannie Mae, Praveen worked as an Architect and Technical Lead with Oak Ridge National Laboratory and Argonne National Laboratory in the bio-informatics domain. Praveen has a MBA from the University of Maryland, College Park, a Masters in Computer Science from Old Dominion University, Norfolk, VA and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Madras, India. Praveen also has several publications for his work in bio-informatics.
Director Pivotal Software
Joe Hold has served as Director with Pivotal since it’s founding in 2013. Before Pivotal he was CEO of Procom, a global manufacturer of technology appliances. He was President of Infonet USA, a $143 million global communications technology company which he led the US division through a very successful IPO. Prior to that he spent 15 years in various executive and sales positions with Comdisco, Inc., a $3.4 Billion technology services company; the latest was Senior Vice President. Mr. Hold also spent several years in sales and marketing capacities at the Boeing Aerospace Company (Computing Services Division).
Mr. Hold has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Widener University where he has also completed post-graduate work.
Dr. Stephen Coggeshall
Chief Analytics and Science Officer, ID Analytics
Dr. Stephen Coggeshall is the Chief analytics and science officer at ID Analytics, an identity fraud protection company wholly owned by Lifelock. He was the founding CTO of ID Analytics where he built the analytics team and helped design the technical solution approach. Prior to ID Analytics Coggeshall worked for 11 years as a researcher in nuclear fusion at the Los Alamos National Laboratory. In addition to ID Analytics, Dr. Coggeshall also cofounded the analytics consulting companies CASA (acquired by HNC Software) and Los Alamos Computational Group (acquired by Morgan Stanley). His expertise is in forming and managing teams of data scientists to attack complex business problems using advanced algorithms on big data. He has deep expertise in consumer behavior modeling, optimization, forecasting and financial engineering.
Dr. Coggeshall holds undergraduate degrees in math, music and physics. He has a masters in music and a masters and Ph.D. in nuclear engineering from the University of Illinois.
Rebecca E. Kuehn
Partner, Hudson Cook, LLP
Becki recently joined Hudson Cook, LLP as a partner. Her practice includes representing and counseling a variety of business on compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and other federal and state regulations. Before joining Hudson Cook, Becki was vice president and senior regulatory counsel for CoreLogic, providing advice and guidance to management on a wide variety of consumer data and privacy-related regulatory issues. Becki was formerly an assistant director for the Division of Privacy and Identity Protection at the FTC, where she supervised investigations and policy work related to credit reporting, consumer privacy, identity theft and information security. While in this role, she was chiefly responsible for leading enforcement, policy, outreach and rulemaking activities for the FTC's FCRA program.
