Join Teletrack and Joel Winston with Hudson Cook, LLP for a discussion of: “Up To” Claims in Advertising

With over 35 years’ experience in all aspects of consumer finance law and public policy, Winston will address the issues facing alternative financial services providers related to fair advertising – online and in the store.

  • Avoiding disconnects between the message intent and consumer perception
  • Displaying consumer obligations and costs appropriately within advertising
