- RegistryINSIGHT® is a comprehensive leasing decision service that includes Registry ScorePLUS®, criminal search services, and a management reporting suite—giving property owners’ visibility into applicant behavior and key business performance indicators.
- Registry ScorePLUS® is an outcomes-based, statistical scoring model that incorporates an applicant’s credit profile, lease characteristics, the industry’s largest database of 34 million landlord-tenant records and 37 million consumer subprime and alternative credit records*. Each application receives a score indicating the relative degree of risk associated with the lease and staff quickly receives an accept or decline decision (based on each community’s established criteria)—providing confidence in leasing decisions to better manage occupancy and operating goals driving improved Net Operating Income (NOI).
- Criminal Search Services identify known sex offenders, fugitives, terrorists, and state and local criminals. Criminal records can be evaluated to provide consistent criminal leasing decisions in line with each community’s established criteria helping reduce potential liability from criminal acts, improving Fair Housing compliance, and maintaining a safer community for residents, guests and staff.
Renters Insurance:

- Analytics: Our analytics services provide a forward-looking view of many key factors that impact future property performance—emphasizing, first and foremost, the likelihood of residents to pay on time and honor their lease obligation. Analytic services include the Performance Benchmarking Report (PBR) and Property Performance Analytics. PBR utilizes current credit data, our statistical scoring model, and property trade area data, to deliver a benchmark for property risk and performance evaluation.
- Lease and Document Generation: Registry FormsPLUSSM automatically generates all the paperwork for each step of the resident lifecycle: lease, move-out and any other documents used by a property. Forms are set up by CoreLogic SafeRent according to client specifications and pre-populated with the community and applicant information. The leasing staff simply clicks a button to print the forms simplifying the leasing process, reducing errors and saving staff time.
