• Consumer Credit Monitoring

  Credit Monitoring reviews the consumer’s credit file on an ongoing basis for changes. Changes will typically result in an "activity" notification to the consumer, which can act as an early form of identity theft detection in some cases. We offer 1B and 3B credit monitoring options.

• Consumer Credit Reports

  We offer the 1-bureau and the 3-bureau credit reports that contain data from the three national credit-reporting agencies, Experian, TransUnion and Equifax. Our credit reports are designed for the consumer. 

• Consumer Credit Scores

  The scores included with our credit report are modeled on a variety of algorithms and are based on the same information in the credit file from the three national credit-reporting agencies.

• Court Record Report

  The Court Record Report consists of a search into county, state, national and federal criminal records. Our comprehensive database includes felonies, misdemeanors, incarcerations and traffic violations.

• Credit Xpert - What If Simulator

  The What-If Simulator is a credit score simulator that allows the consumer see what is likely to happen to their score before taking action. This tool is used to predict scenarios beforehand and helps consumers make more informed decisions that may lead to better interest rates.

• Customer Service Dispute Assistance

  Our call center agents maintain FCRA-certification as administered by the Consumer Data Industry Association (CDIA) of which we are a member.

• Customer Service Retention

  Managing membership programs is what we do, and retaining members is our focus. Our FCRA-certified agents are retention-oriented and committed to delivering a consistently high standard of customer service.

• Fraud Restoration

  In the event your consumers become victims of identity theft, our white-glove restoration service will be there to assist them in remediating their issues. Our agents will evaluate the type of fraud that occurred and provide consumers with a detailed action plan that will act as a guide until their identity is restored.

• ID Theft Insurance

  Identity theft insurance provides peace of mind to consumers worried about identity fraud. We offer coverage limits of $25,000 and $1,000,000 under our master policy.

• Identity Authentication

  Our authentication tool instantly verifies a consumer’s identity while the consumer is conducting secure transactions online and at call centers. We use Experian’s authentication model for online authentication, which is accepted by all three credit-reporting agencies.

• Internet Surveillance Report

  Our Internet surveillance tool scours thousands of criminal websites, chat rooms and bulletin boards looking for illegal selling or trading of consumers’ personal information.

• Municipal Boundaries

  We are one of the few solution providers that owns and maintain it's own Municipal Boundary data files.

• Payday Loan Report

  Our data creates a personalized report showing any payday loans or quick cash loans that were obtained using the consumer's social security number. Subsequent to the initial report, we also offer onoing monitoring of the data, which creates a recurring billing opportunity for our partners

• Public Record Report

  The Public Record Report features various data elements, including names, aliases and address history associated with a consumer's social security number. This product is typically positioned as an additional identity theft check.

  Our security breach service, Security Incident Response Notification (SIRN), was developed to help businesses effectively prepare to respond to a security incident by minimizing the impact on their consumers and their businesses.
