ValueView Inspection + AVM – Our hybrid valuation alternative combines the benefits of AVMs and on-site inspections to create an appealing property valuation option. ValueView employs two of the country’s most reliable AVM tools – Value Point 4 (VP4) and Freddie Mac’s Home Value ExplorerSM (HVE). To ensure the highest-possible AVM fulfillment rate, the AVMs draw from our database, updated daily and covering more than 97 percent of U.S. homes and thousands of new transactions daily. ValueView typically achieves a 65 to 70 percent fulfillment rate when integrating AVMs values and on-site inspections. ValueView Inspection + AVM electronically delivers a comprehensive report containing AVM results, the inspection report and a current property photo.
Standard Desk Review – Our review appraiser analyzes the methodology and credibility and completes the FNMA Form 2006. The reviewer verifies data using our comprehensive in-house data sources. Desk reviews can include two comparables when the original appraisal includes comparables.
