Partner InfoNet Benefits
As a trusted MLS partner, we know your data is precious and valuable. That’s why Partner InfoNet provides compensation for the right to use your data for risk management purposes. Partner InfoNet offers exclusive and non-exclusive agreements and pays accordingly for licensed rights to use your data for three years. In exchange, you receive a percentage of the gross revenue we generate from risk-management products that use your data. In addition, exclusive Partner InfoNet MLSs get free access to valuable tools for agent and broker members, including our Listing and Market Activity Report™ and RealAVM™.
Exclusive vs. Non-Exclusive
An exclusive agreement grants CoreLogic sole licensing rights to use your data for risk-management purposes. Royalties for exclusive members begin at 30 percent and can go as high as 40 percent.
Non-exclusive members allow CoreLogic to use their data for risk management purposes, but these partners retain the right to also license their listing data to others for risk management purposes. Royalties under non-exclusive agreements begin at 7 percent and goes to as high as 17 percent.
Agreements run for three years and we offer MLSs the option of switching between non-exclusive to exclusive levels, or vice versa. Partner InfoNet agreements also ensure broker independence, which allows your brokers to designate listings they don’t want included in the listing pool or opt out of taking part in the program all together.
Exclusive Member Benefits
In addition to revenue sharing, MLSs that participate in Partner InfoNet through an exclusive agreement receive free access to technology tools that can help member brokers and agents expand their marketing reach, improve efficiency and increase sales.
Listing and Market Activity Report™
Your members will benefit from a comprehensive property and market report that includes public record and listing status on subject property, comparable sales, comparable listings, foreclosure or short sale status, current market conditions, and pricing, listing and DOM trends.
RealAVM™
Did you know that CoreLogic is the leading provider of automated valuation models (AVMs) to the mortgage industry, including lender-quality AVM values to 18 of the top 20 mortgage lenders?
Agents encounter automated valuations presented by their prospects, clients, and even lenders every day. RealAVM brings our patented AVM process to your members – with values enhanced by use of your own MLS data.
Providing instant access to RealAVM prepares and arms your members with a valuation solution designed expressly for real estate agents and brokers. RealAVM helps ensure your members’ success by letting them preview the property values lenders are likely to see when evaluating buyers’ loan applications.
How Your Data Helps Minimize Risk
Managing risk is a multifaceted task that requires several views of a given property. When used appropriately, listing data helps supply our customers with a more timely perspective on properties in relation to market conditions—recent comparable sales, median sales, absorption rate, value trends, days on the market, etc. Our ability to deliver the marketing condition information needed to complete Form 1004MC, for example, provides our appraiser customers with single-source convenience for information needed beyond their on-site inspections.
By judiciously incorporating listing data from our Partner InfoNet program into our AVMs, we have also increased the accuracy of the values our models provide. We are also beginning to incorporate MLS data into our array of analytic tools that customers use to evaluate the level of risk on loan applications, delinquent mortgages, properties in default, and loan portfolios. Lenders, servicers and capital investors count on us daily to help them evaluate risk through MLS-data enhanced analytic products.
Our customers appreciate the added insight they gain from adding MLS data and are happy to pay premium prices for the added benefits they receive. Through the Partner InfoNet revenue-sharing model, our MLS partners receive a generous portion of that added revenue. As the number of MLSs in Partner InfoNet grows, we’ll expand our offerings to provide more MLS-data enhanced products. MLSs participating in Partner InfoNet will receive up to 40 percent of all revenue generated from those new products.
