Data Licensing

With two levels of participation, Exclusive and Non-Exclusive, you can decide which level best serves your organization. Exclusive participation provides CoreLogic with sole licensing rights and your MLS a higher percentage of royalties. Members also have access to powerful tools such as listing and market activity reports and automated valuation models like RealAVM,  providing sales agents with insight when evaluating buyers’ loan applications.  Non-exclusive agreements enable MLS providers to share their listing data with others for a reduced share of royalties.
