Outsourcing

Loan Origination System (LOS)
Within the CoreLogic Dorado LOS, the underwriting module offers the ability to perform and keep track of underwriting tasks. The lending-automation suite offers centralized viewing, enabling simultaneous collaboration on loan files from multiple locations. Managers can view the status of all loans at all stages of the lending process through the system's rich Internet application (RIA) interface.
Collateral Evaluation
To help ensure collateral value meets your standards, we offer comprehensive collateral analysis through LoanSafe Collateral Manager and HistoryPro Review. In addition, our Vector platform provides a fully configurable risk-based management tool that enforces your underwriting policies. Each of our collateral evaluation tools draws from our vast real estate, mortgage, securities, credit, and fraud databases through analytics that turn that data into meaningful knowledge.
In addition, our Automated Valuation Models (AVMs), GeoAVM Cascade Suite and MLS Data-Driven Solutions add increased certainty of valuation accuracy.
Borrower Verification
It's not uncommon for a loan file detail to trigger a concern about the borrower. We make it easy for your underwriters to confirm their suspicions or allay their concerns with automated tools that verify borrower identity, income, employment and credit history.
- Identity – SSN Confirm verifies numbers directly with the Social Security Administration and ProScan ID helps you meet compliance requirements for the Customer Identification Program (CIP) and the Red Flags Rule. ProScan Index takes it to the next level, offering the features of ProScan ID, along with a 0 to 999 score indicating the level of identity risk for each borrower.
- Income and employment – 4506-T Direct provides actual IRS transcripts, including all income tax schedules. Our Verification of Employment (VOE) service turns over your employment verification tasks to our specialists, trained in quickly researching employment histories.
- Credit – Our selection of automated credit tools also includes Instant Merge, ENCORE, Merge Plus, Residential Mortgage Credit Report (RMCR), Anthem Report and CreditXpert, enabling you to view each borrower credit profile from multiple angles.
Fraud Detection
Our award-winning LoanSafe Fraud Manager uses patented predictive-analytics scoring technology to expose suspicious mortgage loans at the application stage, or anytime during the lending process. In addition to this encompassing model, we offer automated tools that detect specific types of fraud. For borrower credit, ENCORE provides a 360-degeree view of your borrower by combining consumer information from hundreds of data sources.

Individual and comprehensive combined checks include SSN Confirm, ProScan Alert and ProScan Index to help prevent identity theft, ProScan ID to meet Customer Identification Program (CIP) and Red Flag Rule requirements. Other tools to meet the Red Flag Rule include Red Flag Summary and ProScan OFAC, which also enables you to comply with CIP, applicable U.S. Patriot Act sections, and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) requirements.
