- Over the past 5 years, achieved significant reduction of facilities footprint, including a reduction of energy consumption by almost 50%
- 61% of North American operating footprint within LEED certified facilities
- Women represent 48% of our global workforce
- Strong commitment to our four pillars: promoting financial literacy, supporting active and prior-service military veterans and their families, enabling high-impact housing initiatives and strengthening our local communities
- Joined the Fight Against Hunger during COVID-19 by donating $250,000 to local food banks
