New Property API Products in SDP v2

CoreLogic’s API Property Data Solutions are starting the year strong with several new APIs focused on mortgages, liens, and propensity models. Mortgage and marketing professionals will want to pay particular attention. These propensity models provide access to tailored homeowner and renter segments with over 800 investigated predictive variables to yield highly accurate results. This visibility into purchasing behavior with data driven, performance validated models lets you mitigate risk, optimize customer acquisition and gain competitive advantage.

Recently Launched Property API Products

Mortgage History

Mortgage History API provides nationwide property mortgage data for up to 50 years.  Transactions include Primary/Junior mortgages & Purchase/Refi/HELOCS. Details include borrower names, lender details with NMLS IDs, type of loan secured (e.g., conventional, FHA, VA), mortgage rate type, mortgage purpose (cash out first, consolidation, standalone subordinate, etc.), mortgage ARM features and mortgage indicators such as fixed rate, conforming loan, construction loan, private party, and other indicators.

Current Mortgage

Current Mortgage API provides a view of current open mortgages for a given subject property. Transactions include Primary/Junior mortgages & Purchase/Refi/Helocs. Details include borrower names, lender details with NMLS IDs, type of loan secured (e.g., conventional, FHA, VA), mortgage rate type, mortgage purpose (cash out first, consolidation, standalone subordinate, etc.), mortgage ARM features and mortgage indicators such as fixed rate, conforming loan, construction loan, private party, and other indicators. Additionally, Current Mortgage is a part of the Transactional suite of products, with a standalone SKU for External Property API which includes current active mortgages.

Open Voluntary Liens Enriched

Open Voluntary Liens Enriched delivers data for properties which have ‘open’ mortgage liens and includes, estimated Unpaid Principal Balance (UPB), and estimated present Loan to Value (PLTV), open voluntary (mortgage) liens and lender intelligence.  Open Voluntary Liens Enriched makes available a full universe of properties which includes both properties having one or more current ‘open, voluntary (mortgage) liens’ and properties without one or more current ‘open, voluntary (mortgage) liens’, also known as All Properties.

Open Lien Equity and LTV Summary

Provides a summary view of the number of Open Liens, Purchase Amount, Original Loan to Value (LTV), Estimated Equity and Estimated Loan to Value (LTV).

Propensity to List for Rent

This Propensity Score delivers insight on the likelihood of an event occurring in the next six months, giving a competitive edge to your business. Gain insight by knowing the Propensity of the property to be listed for rent (in the next 6 months).
