As part of the company’s Give More initiative, CoreLogic employees have contributed their time, energy and resources to give back to their communities throughout the year. Their commitment to generosity is most evident during the holidays. This season, employees throughout the company have volunteered in a number of charitable efforts for those in need.
The office in Bloomington, Minnesota, turned its monthly charity events toward the holidays in the beginning of Q4. As the weather began to cool in October, they organized a clothing drive and donated 44 coats to an organization that serves at-risk youth. In November, employees collected over 135 items for charity through Mitten Trees stationed on each floor. December saw employees working to brighten the holidays of disadvantaged children by collecting Toys for Tots and raising funds with a bake sale.
CoreLogic employees in Irving, Texas, also took part in the United Stated Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots campaign, collecting new toys to bring joy to needy children. In addition, the campus partnered with the Irving Schools Foundation as part of the “Food for Thought: Stock the Panty” drive. Employees collected more than 1,200 food items to help fill the pantries of students attending two local middle schools.
At the office in Knoxville, Tennessee, employees participated in their annual Mission of Hope Christmas Barrel Drive. Since 1996, the Mission of Hope has provided relief to distressed communities throughout the Appalachian region. Blue Barrels set up at the CoreLogic office and other local businesses collect new toys, clothes, food and other essentials to provide hope and holiday joy for over 18,000 children and their families.
The corporate headquarters in Irvine, California, partnered with the SmileMakers Guild of The Council on Aging to help fulfill the holiday wishes of local seniors. Employees set up trees in the breakrooms decorated with Angel Ornaments, each listing a specific senior’s holiday wish. The office collected a total of 150 gifts for seniors this season.
These are only a few examples of the incredible volunteer work contributed by CoreLogic employees throughout the holidays and year-round.
