Arrange for Transportation Once You Arrive
Margaritaville is located approximately 30-45 minutes from the Orlando International Airport, right next to Walt Disney World. The hotel does not provide shuttle service from the airport. Lyft or Uber fare is approximately $40 each way. Onsite self-parking is complimentary for Consortium guests, valet parking is available for $35/day.
Meeting Attire
While we normally ask for business casual attire, since we are at Margaritaville, this year we’d like you to show off your island spirit and come dressed in your best “Parrothead” look. Shorts, Hawaiian shirts and flip flops are encouraged!
