How can I place orders with CoreLogic?
We have a variety of methods that you can use to place your orders with us. Generally we will recommend a specific method based on your anticipated order volume and with consideration to any integration work that you might need:
- Low volume clients can use the SourceNet system to place orders directly
- Moderate volume clients can email or upload bulk load spreadsheets that CoreLogic will place on your behalf
- Large volume clients can “feed” orders directly to our SourceNet system via an xml or other customized interface
Likewise, order results can be retrieved directly via email, spreadsheet reporting or through an automated interface. Contact us for additional information about these services.
How many orders should I expect to be cancelled by CoreLogic?
While we make every effort to fulfill all orders placed, there are some exceptions in which an order may not be completed. Generally, these orders are placed in areas for which a disaster has been declared or in states where valuations are restricted. We will never cancel an order without your approval and only after all other options have been explored.
How does CoreLogic quality check valuation results?
CoreLogic uses a combination of automated checks, in addition to utilizing our expert analysts to perform “eyes-on” quality reviews on your orders. Additionally, as a part of the larger CoreLogic family, we can leverage data from other CoreLogic business groups to validate our order results. Validating results based upon select residential data elements helps ensure unmatched data quality is provided to our clients.
Are maps provided that show the locations of comparables?
CoreLogic uses industry-recognized mapping software to plot the proximity of comparables to the subject property. For your convenience, we include aerial and street maps in your order results and we also use them to supplement our quality assurance processes.
