CoreLogic Store enables you to get instant access to industry leading CoreLogic property and analytics solutions in an easy to use self-service portal. Simply search for a property, select the information you want to retrieve and pay for the reports using your Debit/Credit card.
How will I benefit from moving my account to CoreLogic Store?
At CoreLogic we strive to provide the best solutions and value to our clients. CoreLogic Store is our next generation platform that enables clients to order property information as you need without any long-term commitment. It also provides value add features like;
a) Ease of account creation and management including password resets
b) Point of sale payment via any major credit card
c) Ordered reports available for 30 days from date of order at no charge
d) Access to new content and products as they become available
Will my RealQuest account be automatically cancelled when I create my Store account?
Your RealQuest account will be cancelled on the expiry date shown within your RealQuest account or as otherwise communicated via email. Please note your RealQuest account will not be automatically cancelled upon creation of a Store account. In order to cancel your RealQuest account before the date shown, please contact our customer service department at 800.345.7334 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What if I do not want to deactivate my RealQuest account?
Which reports/what information is available for ordering via CoreLogic Store?
The following reports are available for ordering via CoreLogic Store:
a. Property Details Report
b. Comparable Sales Report
c. Transaction History Report
d. Most current Transfer Document
e. Most current 1st Mortgage Document
f. Assessor Parcel Maps
g. Voluntary Lien Report
h. Foreclosure Activity Report

What information is included within each report available within the Store?
The reports available via CoreLogic Store include the same information that has been available via these respective reports in RealQuest.
Is there any difference in information available within reports between RealQuest and CoreLogic Store?
The information available in the reports between the two platforms is the same. While the information is the same, in order to provide more value and a better user experience to our clients, the CoreLogic Store report layout is more user friendly.
Is there any information available within RealQuest reports that is not available within the Store reports?
While all information is the same between RealQuest and CoreLogic Store for the respective reports, Document image links are not embedded within the Store reports.
If Document image links are not embedded within reports from Store, does it mean I cannot access these in CoreLogic Store?
While document image links are not embedded within Store reports, document images that are available within Store can be ordered separately by selecting the respective Document Image from report selection.
What if I want to order additional information on a property that is not available within the Store?
Will my RealQuest pricing plan be reflected in my new CoreLogic Store account?
Current pricing plans for your RealQuest account will not be moved to the CoreLogic Store. CoreLogic Store is a self-service ecommerce solution and prices for available reports are published on the Store.
How do I pay for information/reports pulled via CoreLogic Store?
CoreLogic Store lets you search for a property and select the information that you want to order. You will be prompted to create an account and use your Debit/Credit card to pay for the selected reports.
Where can I find pricing for reports available via CoreLogic Store?
Price is displayed next to each report as you select it prior to ordering.
Do you have subscription pricing plans available for CoreLogic Store?
Does CoreLogic Store offer price discounts for ordering multiple reports?
CoreLogic Store does not offer discounts for multiple orders at this time. Multiple order discounts may be available via our subscription plans. Are both Debit and Credit cards accepted within CoreLogic Store?
Yes, both Debit and Credit Cards are accepted. Accepted card types include the following:

Does CoreLogic Store put a hold on my Credit Card?
CoreLogic does not put a hold on your Credit Card. Please contact your card issuer/bank to find out if they do.
Does CoreLogic Store put a hold on my Debit Card? If so, how long does the authorization hold last?
Yes, there is a hold on your Debit Card. The authorization hold can last anywhere from 1 to 7 business days after the transaction date, until the merchant vendor clears the transaction.
Is my Debit/Credit Card information stored within CoreLogic Store?
CoreLogic Store enables you to reuse your credit/debit card for future payments. While your credit/debit card is available for future orders, CoreLogic does not store this information. All card information is stored with our payment processor in a secured environment.
What security measures does CoreLogic employ to protect against Debit/Credit Card Fraud?
CoreLogic leverages technology that detects patterns across payments and assesses the risk level of each transaction. In order to protect you, our system will reject and notify us if there are any transactions that have risk of fraud.
What is CoreLogic Store refund policy?
All orders are final per the Terms and Conditions:

How do I cancel my CoreLogic Store account?
Your CoreLogic Store account is not a recurring subscription, therefore there is no need to cancel the account.
What if I have forgotten my password?
Can I retrieve my previously ordered reports via CoreLogic Store?
Yes, once you’ve ordered a report, it is available for a period of 90 days from the time of order. You can locate your available orders in My Orders after you have signed in to your account.
