CoreLogic Sponsors Second Women in Leadership Forum
At CoreLogic, our commitment to diversity and inclusion is woven into our workplace culture. Diversity and inclusion strengthen how we work together, and how we implement solutions to add value to our clients.
In early 2016, CoreLogic launched the Women in Leadership Forum with the goal of advancing the development and growth of high-performing women for leadership roles. After a successful inaugural program, we launched a second cohort in 2017.
The Women in Leadership Forum is a 15-month intensive development program where participants meet in person or virtually to participate in focused development and networking opportunities. The forum concentrates on strengthening key leadership capabilities that drive business performance and individual career growth. These include developing and sustaining stamina and alignment, sharpening financial acumen, building organizational savvy, and expanding inspirational leadership, impact and presence. Through networking, experiential workshops, leadership roundtables, executive sponsorship and connections with mentors, the forum develops differentiating leadership capabilities while evolving a collaborative culture.
Recognizing the participants, CoreLogic President and Chief Executive Officer Frank Martell shared, "Strong evidence shows that organizations embracing diversity and inclusion, and the advancement of women in leadership, are higher performing. Our investment in this forum and our women leaders is already paying big dividends, as this group of participants is highly engaged and inspiring their peers to join them in driving greater contributions."
Our company-wide diversity and inclusion efforts encourage all employees to bring their point of view to work every day. We believe that encouraging employees to share varied perspectives in the workplace sparks innovation, increases market agility and strengthens our company's culture. We are committed to developing our company from within, helping us thrive at work, in the marketplace and within our local and global communities.
