—In-Kind Donation Allows Charity to Confirm Tax Payments for Homeowners—

CoreLogic® (NYSE: CLGX), a leading global property information, analytics and data-enabled solutions provider, today announced an in-kind donation of property tax monitoring for all active properties and projects to be built over the next several years by Homes For Our Troops (HFOT). The non-profit organization builds and donates specially adapted custom homes nationwide for severely injured post-9/11 Veterans, enabling them to rebuild their lives. This donation of services allows the charity to confirm that all homes are current with payment of their real estate property taxes.

After years of rapid growth, the charity has built more than 250 specially adapted custom homes across the nation, all with different tax obligations. Many of these Veterans live on a fixed budget, and an unexpected tax bill can be overwhelming. CoreLogic is providing HFOT with property tax monitoring services for tracking the tax obligation status of current properties in one centralized location, thus eliminating the need to call around the country to collect the information. This significantly enhanced Homes For Our Troops’ ability to assist Veterans with being responsible homeowners as they rebuild their lives.

“CoreLogic called us and explained they could provide a database to HFOT, eliminating the need to call tax jurisdictions all over the country,” said Bill Ivey, executive director of Homes For Our Troops. “By helping us shift some focus away from the administrative tasks related to verifying property tax information, Homes For Our Troops can allocate more resources to the projects that further strengthen our commitment to helping our Veteran recipients.”

“CoreLogic is pleased to provide its services to Homes For Our Troops,” said Nancy Langer, executive, Real Estate Tax and Payment Solutions for CoreLogic. “We will continue to monitor property tax payment status and provide estimates for all of HFOT’s existing properties ensuring that the Veteran home recipients can be proactive and budget for upcoming property tax expenses.”

About HFOT

HFOT is a privately funded 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that builds and donates specially adapted custom homes nationwide for severely injured post-9/11 Veterans, enabling them to rebuild their lives. Most of these Veterans have sustained injuries including multiple limb amputations, partial or full paralysis and/or severe traumatic brain injury (TBI). These homes restore some of the freedom and independence our Veterans sacrificed while defending our country, and enable them to focus on their family, recovery and rebuilding their lives. Since its inception in 2004, nearly 90 cents of every dollar has gone directly to our program services for Veterans. HFOT builds these homes in a place the Veteran chooses to live, and continues its relationship with the Veterans after home delivery to assist them with rebuilding their lives.
