Residential Roof Report

Our most popular report, SkyMeasure™ Residential Roof Reports from CoreLogic® are a comprehensive and best in class aerial measurement report that contains measurements for standard items such as rakes, hips, valleys, and eves, as well as ridge vent placement, allowing you to put together a superior estimate in minutes. Residential reports apply to all structures with 1 or 2 dwelling units.

Commercial Roof Report

Praised by customers for its attention to detail, the commercial reports provide customers with superior protrusion information, as well as full parapet measurements that depict width, height, and length in addition to area. Commercial Roof Reports apply to all structures with 3 or more dwelling units, or commercial, institutional and industrial structures [i.e., churches and apartment buildings].
