Residential Roof Report

Our most popular report, SkyMeasure™ Residential Roof Reports from CoreLogic® are a comprehensive and best in class aerial measurement report that contains measurements for standard items such as rakes, hips, valleys, and eves, as well as ridge vent placement, allowing you to put together an accurate estimate in minutes. Residential reports apply to all structures with 1 or 2 dwelling units.

Commercial Roof Report

Praised by customers for its attention to detail, the commercial reports provide customers with superior protrusion information, as well as full parapet measurements that depict width, height, and length in addition to area. Commercial Roof Reports apply to all structures with 3 or more dwelling units, or commercial, institutional and industrial structures [i.e., churches and apartment buildings].

  • *If a building is too large to fit in our standard image size, there may be a small upcharge to the final price. This upcharge is the difference between the price of the standard image set and the required larger image set. The pricing is tiered so that we can keep the cost as low as possible. For projects requiring 125-meter images the surcharge will be $3.00, for 150-meter images the surcharge will be $6.00, and for 175-meter images the surcharge will be $9.00. Projects requiring imagery greater than 175-meters will need to be broken into separate reports and charged accordingly.

Residential or Commercial Roof Reports

When your property falls outside the normal range of standard imagery or is located in an area of limited imagery, SkyMeasure will automatically search our extended library of imagery to find additional views of your property. By utilizing multiple imagery sets, we increase the chances that your property can be measured. SkyMeasure will provide an XML and PDF along with your Roof - Coverage Plus Report.

The SkyMeasure Roof - Coverage Plus report does not include the 95% accuracy guarantee.
