COMMERCIAL COST APPROACH CERTIFICATION
The Commercial Cost Approach Certification Course from Marshall & Swift® will help you determine ultimate accuracy by learning the data-driven method, which is a complement to sales-comparison valuations – direct from the source. Our experts in building valuation will expand your knowledge of the cost approach and train you to apply the construction cost approach to determine the replacement costs of commercial buildings and improvements in the U.S. and Canada, using the flagship Marshall & Swift Valuation Service.
Show your customers that you understand commercial construction costs as well as we do, by attending our live courses, conveniently held in multiple locations throughout the U.S. This two day in-person course takes place from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. daily. Following the classroom training, students must pass a 50-question online exam, administered by CoreLogic, with a score of 80 percent or better.
