Wildfire Hazard Risk Report

The 2013 CoreLogic Wildfire Hazard Risk Report evaluates the potential exposure of residential properties to wildfire within a predefined geographic region of the U.S. Property risk is tabulated for a 13-state region comprising the western U.S., and is then evaluated individually for each of the states. To provide a more granular analysis, risk is evaluated for seven metropolitan areas where wildfire has the potential to cause significant property loss. The figures used as “values” in the tables and graphs throughout the report reflect the current structure value based on CoreLogic property-improved value and do not consider underlying land value, replacement costs, contents, auto, life or business interruption.
