President and Chief Executive Officer
Frank Martell is a business executive, advocate for financial empowerment and leader in the housing industry. He is currently the president, chief executive officer and a member of the board of directors of CoreLogic.
Martell serves on the global board of directors of Operation HOPE, a best-in-class provider of financial literacy empowerment for youth, financial capability for communities, and financial dignity for all. He chairs the West Coast Scarlet & Gold Committee of the Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation. Martell is also on the board of directors of Bank of the West and the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA).
Martell has over 30 years’ executive leadership experience in the marketing, financial services and business information industries. In August 2011, he joined CoreLogic, where he served consecutively as chief financial officer and chief operating officer before his appointment to chief executive officer in March 2017. He was named by the Orange County Business Journal as the 2013 Outstanding CFO of a Public Company in Orange County. In 2016, he received the HousingWire Vanguard Award in recognition of his distinguished leadership in the housing industry.
Prior to joining CoreLogic, Martell served as the president and chief executive officer of the Western Institutional Review Board, and before that as chief financial officer of Information Services Group, Inc. and Advantage Solutions.
From 1996 to 2006, he held various leadership positions at ACNielsen Corporation, including vice president and treasurer, chief operating officer and president of Asia Pacific and Emerging Markets; executive vice president of the Marketing Information Group, and chief operating officer of ACNielsen and president of Europe, Middle East and Africa. Martell spent the initial 15 years of his business career in a variety of financial leadership roles at General Electric and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Villanova University.
Chief Financial Officer
Jim Balas is the chief financial officer of CoreLogic, responsible for overseeing the financial reporting, accounting, tax, treasury, capital allocation, risk management as well as the corporate finance functions including our financial planning and analysis and business finance teams. Balas also plays a key role in strategic initiatives including mergers & acquisitions and the company’s transformation and productivity programs. Additionally, he oversees long-term tax planning, cost management policies, control and reporting operations.
Balas initially joined CoreLogic in March of 2011, as senior vice president, controller and principal accounting officer. In 2012, his role expanded to include oversight of finance in addition to his other responsibilities. Prior to joining the company, Balas held a variety of senior finance leadership positions at several publicly traded companies after a successful 10-year career at Ernst & Young and Capgemini.
Balas is a CPA and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University, Long Beach and an MBA from the University of Southern California.
Chief Operating and Growth Officer
Pat Dodd joined CoreLogic in 2020 as chief growth officer. Over the past three decades, Dodd has held progressively more senior executive leadership positions at Nielsen and predecessor companies, ultimately rising to Global President and Chief Commercial Officer of the $3 billion Nielsen Global Connect division in January 2019. Previously, he led Nielsen’s Global Markets Group, helping clients find tailored solutions to unlock growth in over 100 markets around the world. Prior to that, he was responsible for overseeing Nielsen’s business operations in 23 of the world’s fastest-growing markets and held numerous senior leadership positions, including serving as President of Nielsen Europe, China and Canada. He has also held a number of senior commercial roles consulting with major fast-moving consumer goods and retailer clients around the world. He is widely recognized as a thought leader on global consumer trends and various retail sectors and is a regular speaker at industry events.
Dodd earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in Economics from the University of Western Ontario.
Chief Information Officer
Bob Frosell is the chief information officer for CoreLogic. In this role, Frosell is responsible for all the information technology assets the company uses to support its goals. He is the key contributor in formulating strategic operations to improve the systems that house the vast CoreLogic data bases across the enterprise.
Frosell’s career in information technology management began in the United Kingdom where he first served as the chief information officer at GrandMet Retailing, Ltd. Later he served as the global CIO at several U.S. companies, including Pearle Vision, Burger King and IMS Health.
Prior to joining CoreLogic, he spent over four years with AC Nielsen Corporation where he was chief information officer and had great exposure to the strategy behind data acquisition and analysis, laying the foundation for a wide ranging, highly efficient and highly successful technology footprint that has seen the creation and implementation of a standard global data factory and data integration engine coupled with and accessible from a compelling state-of-art analytics suite.
Frosell earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Computing Science at Staffordshire University and his MBA from Henley Management College, both in the United Kingdom.
Chief Human Resources Officer
Melanie Graper is the chief human resources officer for CoreLogic. She is responsible for leading the global Human Resources and Corporate Social Responsibility functions. With over 20 years of HR leadership experience, including extensive work on a global scale in Europe, Asia and Latin America, Graper’s passion is driving cultural and organizational transformation through impactful, outcome-based strategies.
Graper joined CoreLogic in December 2009, several months prior to the spinoff of CoreLogic from First American Title Company. Supporting CoreLogic’s growth, Graper partnered with the executive team to develop and launch the company’s vision, mission and values, global performance management platform, talent review and succession planning and a leadership development strategy designed to build organizational capability. She has led major organization transformation initiatives, and co-chaired the Operations Leadership Council, bringing together the top 40 leaders to drive alignment and engagement across operating groups.
Prior to joining CoreLogic, Graper served as VP of Human Resources at the Irvine Company, and prior to that she served in senior HR leadership roles at Mattel, Inc., J Walter Thompson, and SmithKline Beecham.
Graper holds a B.S. degree in Public Administration from the University of Southern California.
Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary
Aaron Henry is the chief legal officer and corporate secretary at CoreLogic. In this role, Henry is responsible for CoreLogic’s global Legal and Compliance functions.
Henry brings a track record of strong leadership and a wealth of experience across the legal and compliance spectrum to CoreLogic. Prior to joining Core Logic in November 2019, Henry served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at MoneyGram International. Prior to MoneyGram, Aaron served in senior legal roles at The Western Union Company and First Data Corporation.
Henry holds an economics degree from the University of Michigan and a Juris Doctorate from George Washington University.
Chief Data Officer
Devi Mateti is an experienced senior executive general manager with a record of successfully leading strategy, innovation, customer- focused new product development, and go-to-market for companies in the technology, information and data services sectors. Currently, Mateti serves as CoreLogic’s Chief Data Officer, with responsibility for Data and Analytics strategy, innovation, operations and product fulfillment. Mateti was previously the Executive General Manager for CoreLogic’s Collateral Valuations Technology business unit where he was responsible for strategy, acquisitions, innovation and sales for the market leading technology and risk management platforms that serve 1000+ mortgage lenders and financial services clients.
Prior to CoreLogic, Mateti worked at Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) for six years where he served as senior vice president of Product Management for their Risk and Supply Chain Management Solutions. While there he held responsibility for D&B’s flagship Risk and Supply SaaS solutions generating more than $500M in revenue.
Previously in his career, Mateti worked at Boston Consulting Group as a top-tier strategy consultant to Fortune 500 companies in technology, financial services, and consumer goods industries. Additionally, Devi was technical product development lead at Bloomberg LP where he led an international team of software engineers developing products for trading systems and exchanges in the financial services industry.
Mateti holds an MBA from University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business and a Master’s in Computer Science from Syracuse University.
Frank E. Nothaft
Executive, Chief Economist
Dr. Frank Nothaft is chief economist for CoreLogic, and leads the economics team responsible for analysis, commentary and forecasting in global real estate, insurance and mortgage markets.
Before joining CoreLogic, Dr. Nothaft served in a variety of leadership positions at Freddie Mac. Prior to Freddie Mac, Dr. Nothaft was an economist with the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System in the mortgage and consumer finance section and served as assistant to Governor Henry C. Wallich.
Dr. Nothaft has served as president of the American Real Estate and Urban Economics Association, Board member of the National Association for Business Economics and the Financial Management Association, Advisory Board member of the Real Estate Research Institute, and Editorial Board member of the Journal of Real Estate Finance and Economics.
Dr. Nothaft graduated from New York University with a B.A. in mathematics and computer science and holds a Ph.D. in economics from Columbia University.
Executive, Global Head Public Policy and Industry Relations
Stuart Pratt leads the company’s public policy and business unit engagements with US and foreign governments. He also oversees the company’s liaison and research programs with think tanks, consumer groups, and trade associations. Pratt advises CoreLogic on enterprise-wide reputational, policy and risk issues.
Previously Pratt served as president and CEO of the Consumer Data Industry Association. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Housing Policy Council and the Consumer Data Industry Association.
Managing Director, Underwriting and Workflow Solutions
Barry Sando is the managing director of Underwriting & Workflow Solutions (UWS) at CoreLogic. In this role, Sando oversees all operational aspects of the CoreLogic Underwriting & Workflow Solutions segment including credit solutions and valuation solutions as well as residential and commercial property tax services, flood zone determination services, mortgage technology solutions and post-closing focused units.
Sando has more than 30 years’ experience in the housing finance and property information business and previously served as the executive vice president and group president of First American Information and Outsourcing Solutions. Prior to this, he served as First American Mortgage Information Services Segment president and as president and executive vice president at First American Flood Data Services. He began his career with First American Real Estate Information Services as regional sales manager for First American’s Real Estate Tax Service Company in 1988. His background also includes experience in loan servicing at LOMAS Mortgage, and in operations at Merrill Lynch.
In 2017, Sando was recognized by HousingWire magazine as an industry Vanguard, one of the most prestigious awards in the housing industry. Additionally, his past honors include being recognized as the Diversity Champion of the Year by the Mortgage Bankers Association and as an executive supporting the advancement of women in the workplace by the Dallas Business Journal.
Sando is Executive Sponsor for LeaP, an operational leadership program geared towards junior military officers transitioning into our CoreLogic workforce, Executive Sponsor for CoreLogic’s involvement with Carry the Load honoring our nation’s heroes and Executive Sponsor for African American Leadership & Learning, CoreLogic’s Black employee resource group.

Managing Director CoreLogic Property Intelligence and Risk Management
Olumide Soroye is the executive leader for CoreLogic property intelligence & risk management segment. In this role, he has overall responsibility for several businesses that provide industry-standard solutions for the real estate, insurance, rental, mortgage, capital markets, and property information services industries in our North America and International operations. Soroye leads our enterprise-wide Science & Analytics and Innovation Centers of Excellence. He is responsible for approximately $1b in annual revenues and a global team of over 1000 employees.
Prior to joining CoreLogic, Soroye spent over a decade at the global strategy consulting firm McKinsey & Company, where he was a partner serving several of the world’s leading corporations in technology, media & telecommunications on complex high-stakes strategic and operational programs.
Soroye holds an MBA from Harvard Business School where he was recognized as a Baker Scholar.
