U.S. single-family rents posted a 2.6% annual gain in January 2024 according to CoreLogic’s monthly Single-Family Rent Index (SFRI), with Urban Honolulu taking the top sport for growth. However, despite January’s relatively moderate growth in rental costs, prices across the nation are up by almost 30% since early 2020.
