Learn MoreWe are committed to creating a society where people come first.
That is why DEI at CoreLogic is built on the understanding that everyone is valued, perspectives are respected, and opportunities are equally accessible.
We value all types of diversity, including backgrounds, education, experiences, cultures, abilities, beliefs, and viewpoints.
We believe diversity sparks innovation, strengthens company culture, reflects our diverse customer base, and fosters a foundation built on mutual trust and respect.
We strive to create an environment where all innovative ideas are included.
Here is how we achieve that commitment.
We sponsor seven Employee Resource Groups focusing on educating, celebrating, and serving.
We are committed to ensuring equity in total rewards and promotional practices.
We strive to attract diverse talent from many sources.
We align our giving and volunteering efforts with programs that support inclusiveness.
We host inclusive talent development programs and cultivate inclusion learning for our teams.
We are committed to advocate for DEIB in the property industry.
Our seven Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) offer strong communities for members and allies by fostering dynamic opportunities to make an impact through education, celebration, and community service.
Membership is encouraged to increase connections, build leadership skills, and grow meaningful relationships across our global enterprise. ERG membership is voluntary and open to all employees.
This space focuses on advocacy and education to foster an environment where the spectrum of mental health and neurodivergence is understood, prioritized, supported, and destigmatized.
Members of this ERG promote a respectful, inclusive and diverse environment at work by celebrating the LGBTQIA+ community, building allyship, encouraging advocacy, and raising awareness.
SERVE aims to foster a community of Veterans, First Responders, and Allies that are dedicated to honoring, uplifting, and giving back to those who bravely serve; past, present, and future
We know that lived experiences are powerful.
That’s why we’re dedicated to making a meaningful impact in our community by supporting the causes and organizations that matter most to our team members.
To help people connect with their communities, each year, our employees receive 32 hours of annual Volunteer Paid Time Off.Every year, we set aside time for CoreLogic Cares Day, our global day of service.
By dedicating a day to volunteering, our employees directly address local needs and strengthen the communities where we live and work, making them more vibrant and resilient.
In 2023, 2,000+ global employees across six countries partnered with over 170 unique nonprofit organizations.
We work to inspire our employees to continuously develop their talents and learn new skills.
In that spirit, we offer numerous DEI initiatives, opportunities, and certifications, including the ability to earn a voluntary Allyship Certification.
Employees earning an Allyship Certification can complete structured learning hours and attend instructor-led courses on developing habits of inclusion to promote allyship in their everyday lives.
CoreLogic offers an Allyship Certification through our Learning and Development Team. This voluntary cerfitication requires 10 hours of learning, including two hours instructor-led courses focusing on allyship and inclusion; four hours of self-directed e-learnings; and four hours of on-the-job educational events like webinars, external speakers, and workshops.
We sponsor seven Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and provide a certification on inclusive habits and behvaiors promoting and supporting DEI called the Allyship Certification.
Corporate DEI is a people-first strategy that includes policies, practices, and initiatives that support team members from different backgrounds and social identities to create an environment where individuals are equipped to do their jobs well.
