With decades of experience, he focuses on research and thought leadership and is considered a subject matter expert on the proper use of the cost approach, in particular for insurers, appraisers, assessors, lenders and more. Prior to this role, he traveled across the U.S. and Canada teaching clients on the usage of the cost approach.
Prior to CoreLogic, Martinez worked at Marshall & Swift. He earned his Certified Distance Education Instructor designation as well as an associate’s degree in film and video at El Camino College.
