“Internal engagement is so important. It provides so many benefits, and has been made a big difference in my personal journey,” says Sage. “My opportunity to be the president of our WBC continually reminds me of the value of engagement. When I moved into a new role last year, I found myself in unfamiliar territory. But on one of my first meetings, I saw two women who I knew from the WBC, and they were immediately by my side to answer questions and offer support as I started my new journey.”
