CoreLogic and ResMan Expand Strategic Relationship Following Two Years of Strong Growth

—Reciprocal relationship combines CoreLogic resident screening expertise with ResMan property management software solutions—

CoreLogic® (NYSE: CLGX), a leading global property information, analytics and data-enabled solutions provider, today announced the expansion of its strategic relationship with ResMan®, a leading multifamily management platform provider. Under the expanded relationship, CoreLogic will continue to support ResMan’s Qualifier solution, and ResMan will continue to provide CoreLogic screening and fraud prevention solutions. The agreement offers customers of both companies increased access to productivity and automation solutions that improve the property management experience.

Today’s news follows the 2017 announcement of ResMan Qualifier, which uses CoreLogic screening and fraud prevention solutions, including the SafeRent Score™ to seamlessly integrate into leasing workflows supported by ResMan Customer Success Team.

Through the expanded relationship, CoreLogic customers gain access to the ResMan property management platform, which offers a complete and accurate accounting capability, conventional and affordable compliance management solution, and a full host of lead, resident, and maintenance tools that automate manual processes and increase productivity for property managers. ResMan customers will continue to be supported with CoreLogic’s best in class screening and insurance solutions.
